Operating principles

This concept, developed over many years, consists of four different levels that can be used individually or as a whole system. They provide the diverse knowledge and skills you need to reach your service-oriented goals. The execution of the whole system takes approximately two to three days, depending on the size of the company.

Day 1

On the first day, we develop a service script together and discuss the most appropriate method for its implementation. As a result, you’ll have the best tool for measurable service and a basis for excellent sales.

Day 2

On the second day, we train your team to be fit & sexy.

Day 3

On the third day, the management team are trained in Easy Leading through Power Briefing© and efficient leadership. Additionally, a system for control is set up.

As a result, you’ll have the resources and tools to increase motivation, service quality and sales activities.
